1) Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2) Eligibility & Account

• Anyone can use the App by creating an account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and ensuring all activity under your account is lawful.

3) What RxHabit Prescription Does (Scope)

RxHabit helps you:

• Track your prescriptions and medication schedules.
• Receive timely reminders for doses, refills, and medical routines.
• Organize medical notes, instructions, and dosage details in one place.
• Monitor your habit-building progress related to health and medication adherence.
• Maintain a record of your medication history for reference and continuity of care.

4) Your Responsibilities

• Use the App lawfully and do not misuse features (e.g., spam, scraping, reverse engineering, uploading harmful content, impersonation).
• Only upload or enter medical information that is accurate and belongs to you or someone you are legally authorized to manage.
• Do not attempt to bypass security features or interfere with the operation of the App.

5) Third-Party Services

RxHabit may use third-party tools (such as notification services, analytics, or cloud storage) to provide certain features. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of these providers.

6) Medical Information & Listings

RxHabit does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any information in the App is for informational and reminder purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

7) Intellectual Property

All content in the App (text, UI, graphics, logos, icons, software) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to use the App. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App.

8) User Content & Feedback

You retain rights to the data you submit (e.g., medication names, schedules, notes). By using the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and use this data to operate and improve the service. Feedback you provide may be used without obligation to you.

9) Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that reminders will always be delivered, that data will be error-free, or that information is medically complete. Data accuracy depends on user inputs, device settings, and third-party systems.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our directors, employees, agents) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill.

11) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your misuse of the App, your data submissions, or your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

12) Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for misuse, legal issues, non-compliance, or security concerns, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy – Your Rights).

13) Updates to the App or T&C

We may modify features or these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. Material updates will be communicated via in-app notifications or email. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.

14) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, have exclusive jurisdiction. Your consumer rights under Indian law remain unaffected.
