You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated information at any time.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon successful verification, we will permanently delete your RxHabit account and all associated data,
including but not limited to:
- Name, email address, and contact details
- Account credentials and profile information
- Prescription and medication details
- Medication schedules and reminders
- Medication intake history and habit tracking records
- Notes and health-related entries added by you
How to Request Data Deletion

from your registered email address.

Use the subject line:
“Data Deletion Request for RxHabit”

Mention your registered email ID or mobile number used to log in to RxHabit.
What Happens Next
- We will verify your identity to protect your data.

After verification, your account and all related data will be permanently deleted
within 7–14 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.
Important Information
- Data deletion is irreversible.

Once deleted, your account, prescriptions, reminders, and history
cannot be restored.

Certain minimal information may be retained if required by applicable laws
or regulatory obligations.
